The examples below cover a wide range of finishes, from matte and gloss overlays to textured, soft-touch surfaces. We design many of these panels for demanding environments. As a result, we work to recognised ingress protection standards to help keep dust and moisture away from sensitive electronics. Our team often refers to the official IEC 60529 ingress protection standard when specifying a new panel.
Materials range from polycarbonate and polyester to more specialist substrates. In addition, we can add embossing, domed badges, EMI shielding or backlighting depending on the application. Colours are printed to match existing branding wherever possible, and we keep artwork on file so repeat orders stay consistent.
Every design also goes through quality checks before it leaves our Worcester workshop, so tolerances stay tight and finishes stay consistent from the first panel to the last.
